A Journey of Trust & Companionship starts with Training

Your journey starts with an In-Home Evaluation. Why in-home? Because most unwanted behaviors start at home. You can expect to spend about an hour with me as I evaluate your dog's behaviors and your interactions with one another. We will talk in depth about your training goals to help you to decide which training is best for you and your dog. 

This course is designed to help you raise a good dog and avoid the pitfalls of the bad dog club. In just 3 sessions, you will learn effective dog training techniques, including how to potty train your pup, teach good house manners, and achieve calmness so your pup will listen to you, distinguishing between good dog and bad dog behaviors.

Is your dog not responding to you?  Let’s strengthen the bond between you and your dog with 5 Basic Obedience sessions. These sessions will lay the groundwork for addressing or preventing most behavior issues. You will learn essential commands like Sit, Stay, Come, Down, and more, turning your bad dog into a good dog.

Be the pack leader and take charge of your dog’s daily life with the right guidance. Learn how to provide your dog with what they need to thrive and be happy, transforming any bad dogs into good dogs. This training package includes a total of 8 sessions, consisting of 5 Basic Obedience Sessions, 2 Confidence Building Sessions, and a Pack Walk, perfect for effective dog training.

Day Training Package, offered by the Bad Dog Good Dog Boarding & Training is designed for dogs that need confidence building. This training package includes 8 hours a week for 2 weeks of good dog bad dog training. I will pick up your dog and train them at various locations throughout the Valley with 2-hour sessions, 2 days a week for 2 weeks. A confident dog from our program exhibits fewer behavior issues.

Your puppy will spend 3 weeks with us at the Bad Dog Club, where they will learn basic home manners, how to sleep in a crate, and become potty trained. They will also develop socialization skills and basic obedience, helping them transition from a bad dog to a good dog.

Your dog will spend up to 3 weeks with us at the Bad Dog Club, where they will learn essential basic obedience commands such as Sit, Stay, Come, Down, and Heel. Additionally, they will be taught important commands like Leave it, Off, and Out. During their time with us, they will be socialized with other dogs, helping them transition from a 'bad dog' to a well-behaved companion, and they will also learn to sleep comfortably in a kennel.

Your dog will spend 4 to 8 weeks in our bad dog training program, depending on your training goals. This program is specifically designed to address issues such as dog reactivity, dog aggression, and excessive barking. It's ideal for fearful dogs and those with high anxiety. Additionally, your dog will learn Basic Obedience, how to walk on a treadmill, and even how to swim, depending on the weather. Be sure to ask about our Off Leash and bike training options at the bad dog club, where we believe in turning bad dogs into good dogs.

The AKC Canine Good Citizen Title is the next level of the AKC S.T.A.R. title, designed to help dogs move beyond the 'bad dog club' stigma. This title encourages responsible dog ownership and provides a pathway for 'baddogs' to be recognized as good companions. It’s an essential step in 'bad dog training,' ensuring that every pet can showcase their skills and good behavior, proving that there’s a fine line between a good dog and a bad dog.

The AKC Community Canine Title represents the advanced level of the AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program, where dogs can transition from being part of the 'bad dog club' to showcasing their skills in 'good dog bad dog' training.

Learn how to create focus with your dog amidst distractions, as part of your journey with the bad dog club. Build an unbreakable bond with your dog while mastering essential commands like Sit, Lay Down, and Stay. With the right bad dog training techniques, using treats and proper equipment, you can teach your dog the basics with patience. Required equipment includes treats and your training gear, ensuring every good dog and bad dog has the opportunity to learn.

Bring your dog for a session where our trainer will demonstrate effective bad dog training techniques. Please let us know your specific questions in advance so we can prepare to address behaviors such as counter surfing, toy obsessions, or excessive pulling on walks. Remember, not all unwanted behaviors can be demonstrated, but we will do our best to help you understand how to manage your good dog and bad dog situations.

Got a new puppy and want to avoid the 'bad dog club'? Have questions about bad dog training? This class is designed to help you understand what to expect and how to manage puppy behavior while building a great relationship. Learn how to create focus, use leash pressure, and choose the right equipment to promote good dog behavior and avoid unwanted actions. We’ll cover essential topics like crate training, potty training, socialization, puppy play, home manners, and strategies to prevent separation anxiety. Remember, your puppy must be fully vaccinated to participate. Required equipment includes your own gear, a 6’ lead, and treats.

In our bad dog training sessions at the Bad Dog Club, the trainer will demonstrate proper equipment usage, helping you discover what works best for you and your dog. You'll also learn essential leash handling skills to ensure your good dog or bad dog is well-managed. Required equipment includes a 5’ to 6’ leash, your gear, and treats.

Join us for a pack walk with the Bad Dog Club. Learn how to properly walk your dog, use your equipment, and get your dog to focus on you. Discover the best techniques for starting your walk and mastering bad dog training. Required Equipment: 6’ leash, training collar, and treats to reward both good dogs and baddogs alike.

This class is part of our Bad Dog Club and will help you understand why your dog jumps on people and how to stop this behavior along with excessive excitability. Calmness is key; learn how to practice calmness around distractions, which is essential in bad dog training. Required Equipment: Treats and your equipment to help transform your pup from a 'bad dog' to a 'good dog.'

Discover what makes a dog reactive to other dogs and people, and learn how to help your dog overcome its reactive behavior. Join the bad dog club to gain insights on effective bad dog training techniques. Understand how to properly socialize your dog with people and other dogs, ensuring they learn the difference between a good dog and a bad dog. Required equipment includes a flirt pole, a 10’ lead, and treats.

Discover the 3 D’s of dog training: Duration, Distance, and Distractions. These principles are essential for any member of the bad dog club aiming to improve their dog's behavior. By progressively proofing a dog's command and adjusting one variable at a time, you can foster reliable behavior. For instance, using a dog cot helps create a designated space for your dog to learn the Stay command. The required equipment includes a dog cot, a 15’ lead, and treats. Before you begin, ensure your dog understands the commands Sit, Stay, and Lay Down. Whether you’re part of the baddogs community or just starting with good dog bad dog training, mastering these techniques will lead to success.

Using a long lead and the dog cot, learn how to create distance between you and your dog while in command, as taught in our bad dog training sessions at the Bad Dog Club. Required Equipment: Dog Cot, 15’ Lead, and Treats. Your dog must know how to Sit, Stay, and Lay Down on command. Completion of the Durations class is required to ensure your baddogs are well-trained.

Learn how to teach your dog to 'Leave it' and how to gain their attention during training amidst distractions. Completing Duration and Distance classes is essential for effective bad dog training. Required equipment includes a Dog Cot, a 15’ Lead, and Treats to ensure your training sessions are successful. This class offered by the bad dog club will teach you how to perfect your recall with your dog, helping you turn your baddogs into well-trained companions. Required Equipment: 20’ lead, treats or your dog's favorite toy, essential for effective bad dog training.

Discover techniques to teach your dog to spin, turn, and weave through your legs, along with fun tricks like sitting pretty and shaking.
